[ale] Registering a Domain Name

She is contacting the wrong web hosts.  

Is she going to host too?  If so, http://www.hostsave.com
I think hostsave will register even if you do not host
with them.  I've had 2 sites on hostsave for 4 years.  Good
service and uptime is great.
