[ale] sis900 on 100mbit

I've got a Ginstar G1 with an sis900 chipset that is
giving me fits on 100mbit.  I'm currently stuck with
keeping it on my 10mbit segment because I get too many errors
on the 100mbit network.  Below is the ifconfig output.  Does
anyone have an idea of what might cause it?
