[ale] OT: Windows telnet clients
putty is, unfortunately, not an option because it makes it hard to
restrict users from manipulating keymaps and other things. with anita
term, you can make the .ini file read only.....this prevents most of our
users from shooting themselves in the foot (think blue collar users...)
