[ale] OT: Andy Rooney

After a while, I came to find Andy Rooney's constant posing of problems
without any hint of moving toward improvement or solutions and
celebration of his own incapabilities rather tiresome.  Same with Erma
Bombeck and Lewis Grizzard.  I came to have similar feelings about
Dilbert - yeah, you laugh, but nothing ever changes and nothing ever
improves.
