[ale] DO I run Open Relay?

Looking into some squirrelmail problems I noticed a huge amount of
qmail-remote running.
Unfortunately I can not check smtp connection from outside to see if my
qmail accepts mail from everyone.
Where to configure who is allowed to smpt?
