[ale] Requesting links for good [Windoze] iso-cd-writer

All:

I've jigdo'd all six iso images of the latest stable
Debian release -- complete with exploits,
unfortunately but I'll worry about that with an
update...  Anyway, I'm looking for a good FREE image
writer.  I'm perfectly happy with the command-line
variety;  no gui's necessary.  I've used Redhat's
Rawrite effectively in the past but -- if I remember
correctly -- only handled floppies.  Also, I found
Roxio was very nice but is most def. un-free.
