Sounds to me like the author received a lot of help from Microsoft.
Typical 'comparing apples to fire hydrants' logic. Look at the
'justifications' section. The fact that windows is the dominate desktop
is not a justifying criterion. Further the mention that it is a
proprietary system seems that he/she is trying to address that issue,
without doing so.
Such idiots.
