No problem with Mozilla 1.4, though the site requires cookies.
Mozilla presented a notification requestor for cookie permission with my
current preferences settings, then brought up the page.
Trying Opera (6.11) with my usual cookies off got me redirected to a page
that explains need to enable cookies with the site:
