Smiley or not, you're making your assessment based on a message you 
received from one organization.  Please, I'll be the first to slam 
Microsoft for not doing the right thing, but there's got to be a balance 
between your 'evidence' and 'claims.'  One message from one small 
college does not translate to 'millions of people.'
