Whenever I call, I always get a person.  They respond to my tech-queries
that I leave online, and I've had them call me back regularly.

I've actually had them call me after I left a query online, as opposed to
just answering it vaguely they called me for information about what I was
asking.

*shrug*

Gosh darn it, people like me!  ARRR!
