Never mind, I figured this out...
$ dd if=/dev/fd0H1440 of=disk-image
2880+0 records in
2880+0 records out
$ dd if=disk-image of=/dev/fd0H1440
2880+0 records in
2880+0 records out
$
Just in case someone else needs to use it...
