Position: Developer 

Description: 
  As part of the Operations Systems Development Team, this position
  will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operational
  customer service delivery systems infrastructure for the entire
  company. The focus for the position is primarily on development for
  network and systems monitoring, ticketing and asset management,
  customer and service profiling, and maintenance and development on
  other related customer service delivery related systems.

Required Skills: Skill sets for this position should
  include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux administration
- Extremely strong knowledge of Object Oriented PERL 
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Excellent hardware and software trouble-shooting skills
- Knowledge of SNMP
- Expertise in installing, trouble-shooting, and maintaining complex
  TCP/IP networks, routing, and physical network topologies
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to
  understand and articulate complex ideas and concepts in both verbal
  and written form
- Motivated self-starting individual; Team player.
  
Desired Skills:	
- Experience developing in a Linux environment
- Experience with MicroMuse Netcool
- Experience with Remedy
- Experience with C and Java
  
Supporting Manager: Operations Development Manager
