I'm booting the FC2 kernel with SMP support and all I see is CPU0. 
Maybe I do not have a processor with HT support?  Would the BIOS still
allow me to enable it if I did not have it.  The CPU is a PIV 3.0GHZ
with 1MB Cache.  It is a screamer.
