[ale] Earthlink vs. Send Mail

I've underestimated SendMail settings.

I'm enjoining using SUSE 8.0 at my home computer.

I have Earthlink as my ISP provider.

 

When I tried to configure Send Mail with my authentication I got an
error.

 

My Investigation shoed that Earthlink blocked port 25 for sending mail,
from any other than client email applications.

 

Is there a way to configure Send Mail to accept my credentials and use
it as my local mail server?  

 

I'd look into Send Mail document and did not find any reliable answer.

 

Any tips will be appreciated.
