[ale] PSU question

PC Power and Cooling are not bad, but hardly top of the line.
In fact if I look at my voltage monitoring utility on any of
the PC's using PC Power and Cooling, the +5V line and often
a few others vary quite a bit more from standard than do any
other off-shelf PSU. I like Zalman and Antec a lot. I'd like
to get one of these new Antec Phantom 350's to play with.
