ISPs like to announce their speed in KBits (usually designated by a
lowercase 'b' as in Kb) in order to fool the normal consumer. The
normal way for a program to show speed is in KBytes. To convert from
KBits to KBytes, divide KBits by 8. So 33 KBytes sounds about right
for 128 KBits.
