OTOH, it could well just mean they won't consider under-qualified applicants
(ie, it's more important to the client to fill the position with someone who
can do it, even if they have to search longer, rather than to fill it
immediately and possibly have to train)

Given the current job market, many people whose only knowledge of EMC is 
how to spell it will no doubt apply in spite of that disclaimer :-)
