[ale] OT: outsourcing call centers

Guys,

My company will soon be in need of a call center.  We may not be able to
afford to hire the people internally, so we'll most likely be looking at
outsourcing options.

Is anyone aware of a quality company?  I've never gone down this route
and am now tasked with finding one.
