I have converted to Debian 4 years ago. Never looked back, well actually
did try RH, SuSe, Libranet.
Have to admit, libranet came close. I run stable on all my servers.
Unstable on my laptop.
You do not want to run stable on a workstation, since most of the
gnome/kde/X11 packages are ancient.
Stable is for rock solid production server.
