[no subject]

Failed to determine directory of mysql.h. Use

   perl Makefile.PL --cflags=-I<dir>

I looked for that file but it hasn't been installed.  I've always installed 
mysql via source in the past, but this time I'm using the distro 
version.  So where do I go for the mysql.h file?
