[ale] OT: cheap barebones system in atlanta?

Guys,

need to find a cheap barebones system with:

* at least a 1 ghz Celeron
* 256 mb memory (although I can buy separately)
* no harddrive
* decent power supply
* case
* 4 PCI slots
* no optical (cd-r) drives

Anyone know a good resource for this type of system in the Atlanta area? 
I'd prefer to pick one up in person rather than do the web order thing.
