Off to strangle 'autorun' ...

This also worked in RH-7.3/KDE. I moved ~/.kde/Autostart/Autorun.desktop
and ~/.kde/Autostart/.directory up one level into ~/.kde, logged out and
back in, and now loading a CDROM doesn't start the file manager. (This
left /usr/bin/autorun unchanged.)
