These are correct.  I think it should be mentioned that we recently went
to 3 meg down service.  Although I could get the service for free (I
work for Comcast), the area that I live is either DSL or Charter, and
since Charter's service is still not DOCSIS, I opted for FastAccess DSL
and have been happy with it.
