speaking of "kernel stuff" the way the linux devices are identified has
changed, correct? so instead of /dev/hda1 (2, 3, etc.) it's something like
30:01 (don't know for sure). anyone have a brief pointer (in plain english)
to the differences?
the new kernel is interesting me more and more. i may upgrade from my
2.2.20 soon...
