Although, I could use the jpilot stuff to understand how things actually 
*work*...that's a really good suggestion.  Thanks!

And will check out the perl stuff as well, since I can certainly write 
some perl, even if I'm utterly inept in C++, and ActivePerl is a wonderful 
thing when you have to deal with windows.
