[ale] Linux CAD with IGES capability?

Good evening!

   I'm still googling, but I thought I would ask this question
anyway. Does anyone know of an open-source project for a
Linux CAD program that can export IGES files? If there
isn't an open-souce project, then perhaps a low-cost closed
source one (not my first choice of course).
