[ale] Looking for a web master type who's trying to build a resume

  My homeowners association is looking for someone to take over managing
our domain website.  The original guy set it up for a school project of
sorts and has since found other tasks needing his various services.  As
a result I'm looking for someone who can take over maintenance of a very
simple web site, do occasional updates and the like.  I don't know about
any budget to pay for the work but putting a "This site maintained by
XYZ" is defintiely not out of the question.
