I have a very small web design / development / hosting shop (i.e. hobby
that grew, and grew..., and there are 3 of us involved now), and it's
getting to the point now that I could use someone to help out.  Ideally,
I'd like someone with a 'jack of all trades' skillset, but if I had to
pick, I'd pick someone that was strong on the UI side (html, javascript,
graphics / layout).  All of the sites that I have are html [php /
mysql], and are pretty simple.  My clients are all either private
individuals or SOHO type shops, so often there's a need for, ummm, well,
