What do you have in your .fetchmailrc file?  Rather than specifying your
pop host on the command line, I would recommend putting it in your
.fetchmailrc, like:

---
poll pop.toughguy.net  proto pop3
    user "popuser" with pass "password" is "localuser" here fetchall
---

Then you can test your configuration with fetchmail -v (add up to 2 more
-v's to get more verbose output).  Once that's working, you can run
"fetchmail -d 150".
