I don't think you'll ever get this until one of the big tax boys 
(turbotax, taxcut... decide to produce it.  There's a lot of work 
involved in producing tax forms because of the overly complex tax laws 
and associated changes.

Further, I suspect some folks are concerned with liability issues as well.
