But I don't send time dealing with Tech Support, which is part of my
whole point for avoiding the middleman.  It brings no value to me to pay
for something I don't need, and could do faster myself if needed.  YMMV.
It makes no sense for me to pay someone else solely for the ability to
call BellSouth on my behalf.
