All,
I'm looking for a big 1 Gb/sec switch for a client.
As relates to a 48-port switch, what do these numbers mean:
# 71.4Mpps Throughput
# 96Gbps Switching Fabric
I'm guessing the 96 Gbps is telling me the switch should be able to
keep up with all 48-ports being 100% active at once in full-duplex
mode.
But, if that is the case, what is the 71.4 Mpps Throughput? I don't
even know what Mpps stands for?
Million Packet Per Second?
