yes, it can, but it's dependent on whether the support is there for your 
card.  I think it goes in the Device section  I have a lcd that swivels. 
  Gave it a try, but the support did not exist.

Option rotate "VALUE"

where VALUE is CW or CCW

This is from memory, so do a little research before taking my word for it.
