..or they saw a peak in profitability and wanted the cash to focus elsewhere. 
Something is up in the hosting/datacenter world these days, Interland just sold
all of their dedicated hosting servers/services to Peer1 today.  I suspect it
is just a lot of market consolication, sort of the same thing you see in the
wireless and telco space.
