[ale] [OT] Ham's, space and computers (AX25 is a kernel module)

Because I know there's at least 1 ham on ALE, I'm broadcasting this
link. In short, a student built satellite is launching in 5 days and the
ground control is asking for ham operators to listen for telemetry
signals to send back to the GC. I don't have gear (or license. new
project...) else I'd be on this one.
