True they have come around some. I am able to use the newsgroups
without a problem also. With the FCC ruling I wonder what is going to
happen to all the other ISP in the near future. Seems that they would
want to keep or develop some content.

p.s. Seeing both the residential and commercial side. I think
Bellsouth treats residential customers better for some reason.
