How can I install 128-bit encryption in Konqueror (or where can I find 
information on this subject)?

I am trying to access a bank account which requires 128-bit encryption.  I am 
running Slackware 10.1 with the "stock" KDE (3.3..2) and Konqueror (3.2.2).  
I have looked into KDE and Konqueror documentation and I have "googled" some.  
I haven't found anything useful.

I can access the account under Win98se (but I really don't want to).
