[ale] Finding desktops, laptops and hardware in Atlanat

Dell Precision workstations can come with RHEL4 preloaded and supported by Dell and Redhat.  HP will work something out, I just don't know their options.  CDW will build and preload Linux workstations.  Emperor Linux does excellent laptops with hardware (thru the original vendor) and software (their own) support.  I bought 7 of the Dells with never a problem for hardware compatibility in RHEL3 or when I reloaded with SUSE9.3.  Good hardware too as I've only had one harddrive fail and no other parts.  Got the replacement drive and was back up within a week.  I had a Dell laptop redone by Emperor and was very pleased.  I only wish I had purchased thru them initially and not Dell for that laptop.
