[ale] OT: Pay Pal password

I'm having this problem in that PayPal keeps losing my password.  I
simply go through the steps of changing it again and get my access back
but after a few days it tells me that the password is wrong.  Someone
could be accessing my account but I see no activity.  Any ideas?
