[ale] Windows file system drivers for ext2/3

i've been using this for some time now, without problems:
http://ext2fsd.sourceforge.net/ .  it's easy to install and use, though
it's really only for ext2; no ext3 journaling, so it can lead to
fragmentation.

Fat32 should not have any problems reaching past 4G; i made heavy use of
a 32G Fat32 partition in the past. if you're running into problems
there, i have to assume that it's application specific.
