[ale] Chat Server w/ SSL

I want to run a chat server that use SSL. Are there any out there that
allows the initiator to email the other user with a link? Once the user
clicks on the link the chat is started..

Basically, I want people to start there own chat sessions, but I do not want
them all in the same room. Something similar to what webex does.

Any ideas?
