[ale] kmail, folders changed to Z-A from A-Z sorting?

I have no idea what happened ( blame it on my wife?).
my inbox used to be at the top, right under local Folders. THis is 
Kmail 1.9.4 under KDE 3.5.4 release 88.1 under SUSE 10.1 .
now the inbox is at the bottom and all the folders are sorted top to 
bottom, Z to A. I can find no sort feature for folders, what am I 
missing????
