This is a really good guide and I have recommended it to those people I
give Ubuntu CDs (heck I have even mentioned it to other Debian users).

I used to get Linux Format magazine as well as Linux Magazine and Linux
Journal.  I would suggest thumbing through Linux Format as they tend to
have several different tutorials (as I remember) in each issue.
