[ale] update blues

Tried to run <yum --exclude=kernel upgrade> and got this:

 yum --exclude=kernel upgrade
Setting up Upgrade Process
Setting up Repos
http://apt.atrpms.net/fedora/3/en/i386/at-stable/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 
4] IOError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: at-stable
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from at-stable: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to 
try.

Any clues as to what's going on?  Normally this process checks through a
half dozen or so repos before reporting on how many packages have
upgrades.

This is a FC 3 box.
