By the Debian channel, I assume you mean the IRC link you
formerly mentioned. I've never done IRC. Any pointer to how
I can with maximum speed become IRC functional ?
As far as which route I want to go, I'll take any that'll get
this box's new kernel installed :-)
Am I getting a lack of other response in this matter because:
1-I'm hopelessly bogged :-)
2-this is a highly complex matter to which few are privy ?
3-few members of ale are conversant with the intricacies of Debian ?
4-it's so time consuming to deal with this that even those in-the-know
don't want to get involved ?
or what ?
