[ale] Need to mount Microdrive out of a Rio Carbon to linux...

Greetings Ale'ers I have the microdrive from a somewhat destroyed Rio 
Carbon. I recovered the drive with its content intact. but when I 
attempt to mount it with usb storage it dosnt recognize the file system. 
oo disk recovery can see the files..but not the file names(on wind0se) 
which is one reason I dont want to use it...any linux options?
