[ale] Cent OS

It is our Linux platform of choice at Georgia Gwinnett College right
now.  We're debating if we'll go back to RHEL for some of our campus
wide projects, but that's only if we really need that level of
support.  We've done fine with CentOS.

We will not be touching that Oracle respun crap.
