[ale] PostFix: vpopmail & aliases: how?

I'm using postfix on a system to receive email and using its vpopmail
feature to give qmail-like mailboxes.  Unfortunately, its ignoring
/etc/postfix/aliases file that I'm trying to use to support Major Domo.

Certainly I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what.  Any ideas?
