[ale] Difference between top and system monitor

Dual core. I had forgotten about the aggregate vs. mulitiprocessor view
in top. I have also noticed that using Rhythmbox uses less Cpu time than
Songbird. Something must have changed that affects only Songbird as it
hasn't been like that before.
