[ale] 2 boxes getting the same address from DHCP

It turns out there was more going on that I realized. Each box talks to
to DHCP server three times.

1) PXE makes a request
2) The kernel and initrd load over tftp
3) This minimal system a request with udhcpc
4) The root filesystem is downloaded over http
5) The full system makes the request with dhcpcd since I specified the
"dodhcp" option

It turns out that if I remove dodhcp from my boot options it keeps the
address from step #2 and everything works fine.
